This has to be one of the easiest (and quickest) smoothies to make. If I am drinking this in place of a traditional breakfast, I'll use bananas. If it's meant to be a snack or dessert, I like to use frozen yogurt in place of milk.
- Cut apple and banana into medium sized chunks.
- Add chopped fruit to blender.
- Pour milk over fruit and add ice cubes.
- Blend for 5-7 minutes or until smoothie is thick and creamy.
