This is an amazingly easy and delicious treat. It tastes like ice cream, but is simply frozen and blended fruit!
The recipe came from How to Cook Like Your Grandmother, who give the option of adding milk for easier blending. But I love the simplicity, and the taste, of the dairy free version.
- Strawberries (optional)
- Chop and freeze bananas
- Blend bananas
- Add blended frozen strawberries
