If you need a super fast meal on the table, this grilled tilapia recipe is just for you. Just four ingredients, this richly seasoned dish cooks up quickly and can be paired with a variety of side dishes, from steamed vegetables to couscous. Cajun seasoning can be a bit spicy, so make sure to have cold drinks on hand to quench any burn. If you'd prefer to eliminate the spiciness, simply increase the amount of Old Bay seasoning from 1 to 2 teaspoons.

  • 2 lb. tilapia fillets
  • 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning

DirectionsEdit

Preheat a grill or a grill pan over a stovetop burner to medium-high heat.

Brush oil over both sides of the fillets. Sprinkle with the Cajun and Old Bay seasonings.

Place on the hot grill or grill pan and cook for about 4 - 5 minutes per side, flipping the fish once during cooking.

Serve immediately with sides of your choice.
