  1. Place the currants in a serving dish.
  2. Put the cornstarch and cold juice into a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring all the time.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and pour the thickened juice over the currants.
  4. Sprinkle a little sugar on top.
  5. Serve with milk.

Notes Edit

Bilberries and strawberries or lingonberriess and raspberries can also be used.
