You can use either the spinach or the noodles of your choice. The taste is great and the ingredients are healthy.
- Sautéed mushrooms, Grape Tomatoes, Spinach, Olive Oil, and Crushed Red Peppers, Red Bell Pepper and Green Bell Peppers
Slice the red and green bell peppers, place them in the oven with the grape tomatoes saturated in olive oil and crushed red peppers and roast accordingly. Sauté the mushroom and in another pan sauté the fresh spinach. Lay the spinach on your plate to make the bed. Spread the covering of the mushrooms, roasted tomatoes, red and green bell peppers, mushrooms and grapes
