- 1 bunch of Kale
- Olive Oil
- Sesame Seeds
- Salt and Pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Remove the stem of the Kale and cut the Kale into pieces.
Wash and dry thoroughly to remove any access water.
Drizzle olive oil and coat evenly.
Season with Sesame Seeds, Salt and Pepper (however much you want).
Spread the Kale on a baking pan and bake for 5-10 minutes or until dark green & crispy.
