Use any stuffing such as peanuts prepared in one spoonful of oil. Add black pepper salt and grated coconut.



  1. Boil potatoes until hard and carve to prepare cups
  2. Heat the frying pan, add oil, peanuts in proportion to the potatoes,
  3. Move until ready for about ten minutes the add grated coconut, salt and pepper to taste and remove the pan from heater immediately, then fill the stuffing in the carved potato. After stuffing cover with coriander leaves for decoration.
  4. Serve with tomato sauce
