Hi! If you are reading my blog than you are awesome and already a winner in my recipe book, we're off to a great start! If you ask anyone who knows me they will tell you that healthy food is the last thing that comes to mind when you say my name. I Love junk food and fatty food but now I realize I'm no longer 22 and my metabolism is no longer my bestfriend.  :)

2012 will be the year I begin living healthier! Food is my passion and I love to Cook! That's why I've decided to join the Healthy Recipes Wiki. I hope to learn great recipes that I can share with my family and also contribute NEW delicious Healthy recipes of my own.
