Everyone knows that first lady Michelle Obama is passionate about health, especially when it comes to children and their diets. But she's not all talk--she recently published American Grown, a cookbook/gardening book about healthy eating and the vegetable garden that she planted at the White House.

American Grown will also be released in a digital form, on a date still to be announced. Not only is Michelle Obama teaching Americans about healthy eating, but she is donating proceeds of the book to a charity, which has yet to be named.
